they were still pretty good in the 90's if you ask me, but then the 2000s happened. At least now they have the 86.

Those are really the only US market Toyotas from the 90's that I can think of that interest me, and all four were designed in the late 80's/early 90's...

Yep that's it, but name ONE from the 2000s (as in 2000-2009) that you wouldn't kick out of your garage.
They also had pretty great trucks throughout the 90s

I'd rock a Lexus IS-F.
Same with the Altezza-based IS300.
And really, the MR2 Spyder isn't that bad of a car. It just seems that way because of how much better the AW11 and SW20 were. I'd rather have one as an autocross car than my 4AC powered AE86 SR5, but for some reason they cost more than $1,500.

i like the IS-F but I personally require all of my performance cars to have a third pedal.
